The Vizor Connect is the world’s first welding helmet that connects and communicates with a power source via Bluetooth. The welding helmet's smart sensitivity means that it darkens before ignition rather than waiting until the arc has been lit. The Vizor Connect also eliminates the difficulty of interference from exterior lighting and reliably darkens even in the most challenging welding situations. It consequently guarantees a higher degree of both safety and comfort.
The Air/3 Powered Air Purifying Respirator system consists of a fresh air blower, interconnecting hose, a carrying strap and a 20h long-life battery. The fresh air blower attached to the carrying strap filters up to 99.8% of welding fume particles out of the ambient air via a TH3 particle filter, which is valued at the highest possible classification. This directs the purified air directly into the Vizor Connect helmet via the interconnecting hose. This signifies a 100% improvement in terms of exposure to welding fume particles.
