Sirius is a texturised fibreglass fabric. This fabric is treated with a special beige high-temperature coating to improve the slide and cut resistance. Sirius is an excellent fabric for the use of a welding blanket for horizontal applications. Sirius is a toxic-safe product, free from asbestos and has good mechanical resistance. The maximum application temperature for flame protection is 700°c, shortly up to 1000°c.
