Miller presents an industrial, four-roll gear-driven, cast aluminium drive system with a heavy-duty motor. This wire feeder can provide exceptional feed performance, reliability and wire speeds ranging from 1.3-20 meters per minute. No tools are required thanks to revolutionary quick-change, dual-groove, reversible drive rolls with a large diameter design of 43mm. This drive rolls provide fantastic smooth, positive and precise wire feeding with extended uninterrupted service life. This machine also includes adjustable run-in and burn-back controls. These features allow the operator to set the ideal arc starts and stops which reduces wire stubbing, arc flaring or wire burning back.
